Brandi Barhite, BA 2001 and MA 2011, is director of enrollment communications at BGSU. Brandi spent four years at The BG News, including as editor in 2000 and editor of Miscellany magazine in 2001. She previously was assistant director of recruitment and outreach in BGSU’s College of Technology, Architecture and Applied Engineering. Brandi was a reporter and city editor at the Sandusky (Ohio) Register from 2001 to 2007, and special sections editor and reporter at the Toledo Free Press from 2007-2015. She was a writing coach at The BG News in 2009-2011 and has taught as an adjunct instructor at several universities, including BGSU and the University of Toledo.
